On April 30th in the Honors Lounge at Baker Centerv the women of the
Athens County Women’s Art Guild
are having a an art sale called
“Buy you Momma Some Art”
from 9am to 5pm.
There will be local vendors who have made some beautiful original art that will be sure to make great gifts for mothers and daughters to remember the special time they had on Mom’s Weekend 2011.
Please stop by and see handmade tiles, jewelry, fiber arts including yarn and recycled wool handbags, pottery and much more.
The show is free and open to the public.
Donations will be made to the Ohio University Women’s Center by the artists to help support the continuation of support and information for the women at Ohio University and the surrounding communities.
